Shipping policy

Acknowledgment to shipment delays due to covid-19 have been in affect for the custom knife set. This informs an agreement with the customers to allow 6-10 weeks before receiving their custom gift. Monthly gift cards are shipped out within 24 hours of the initial charge date during standard business hours (M-F / 8am-4pm EST). Due to using the USPS as our shipping carrier, note that once it is in the hands of the USPS, Rib and Chop House Royalty reserves the right to not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged cards. If contact within 24 hours of shipment delivery, certain items can be recovered.
